Rights to a trademark are an object of both a pledge and a seizure.
There are no special requirements as to the procedure of pledge of trademark rights or the terms and conditions of the pledge agreement established in the Law on Trademarks, accordingly, the provisions regulating pledge, entrenched in the Civil Code, shall apply to the pledge of trademark rights.
