In terms of the Law on Trademarks, both applied and registered trademarks may be assigned with or without the assignment of the pertaining business. Also the assignment of business assets as a pre-condition for a trademark assignment is not required. Moreover, legal provisions permit partial assignment, i.e. in respect of some of goods or services.
