The IPO may upon the request of the proprietor of a registered trademark:83
enter any change in the proprietor's name or address as recorded in the Trademark Register;amend the specification of the goods for which a trademark is registered, provided that the amendment does not in any way extend the rights given by the existing registration of the trademark; or
