Zum Kreuzungsbereich gehört die gesamte innerhalb eines Mündungstrichters liegende Fläche. Der Bereich beginnt daher in der Regel dort, wo die durch die Einmündung bedingte Verbreiterung der Straße deutlich sichtbar wird.
