The ECU Cash market

For seven years I have been telling colleagues and clients alike that there will be only one European bond market - the ECU market. For the first five years my remarks either fell on deaf ears or were met with condescending scepticism. Since 1989, however, I have been overwhelmed by the enthusiasm for ECU products.
