1. Der EuGH hat mit Urteil vom 5. März 2020, C-135/19 erkannt: „Eine Leistung wie das Rehabilitationsgeld stellt eine Leistung bei Krankheit iSd Art. 3 Abs. 1 lit. a VO 883/2004 dar“.
