1. Da Kündigungen und Entlassungen nicht als Disziplinarmaßnahme iSd § 102 ArbVG anzusehen sind, können sie auch nicht Gegenstand einer Betriebsvereinbarung (§ 96 Abs. 1 Z 1 ArbVG) sein.
