5.1 Cancellation
Cancellation of a trademark registration means invalidation of a decision on registration of a trademark from the filing date.
5.1.1 Prior rights
Trademark registration can be cancelled:
fully or in part within five years from the publication date if it is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or well-known trademark which has an earlier priority date and is applied for similar goods/services;
