10.1 Patent Office
Natural persons domiciled in or legal entities having their main seat in Moldova, or industrial or commercial enterprises (intreprindere industriala, intreprindere comerciala) effectively carrying out a commercial activity in Moldova are entitled to act before AGEPI either directly or by an authorised representative (reprezentant in proprietate intelectuala). The authorisation to represent a person is attested at AGEPI by a power of attorney (procura) (see 3.7 above).
