Moldovan legislation does not provide for a standard template for amendments of the data recorded in the trademark register. Therefore, the parties draft such requests on their own, indicating the amendment which is sought, accompanied by relevant evidence. In particular, in cases where the change of name or address of the trademark owner is requested, an excerpt from the State Register of Companies (Registrul de Stat al persoanelor juridice) and a decision in the Trade Register suffices.
