3.1 Owner
Any natural or legal person may apply for and own a trademark in Lithuania with no restriction as regards the nationality or domicile of the applicant. Moreover, the commercial activity is also not a prerequisite for the trademark registration under the Law on Trademarks.
Two or more applicants (natural or legal persons) may seek trademark registration jointly, i.e. joint ownership is permissible.
