Registered trademarks can be licensed. Article 30.2 of the Trademark law provides that a licence can be general or limited.
A limited licence can be issued in relation to only some of the goods or services for which the trademark is registered; in relation to use of the trademark in only one particular manner, or only in a particular territory.
