The registration of licences is possible in Estonia. An entry shall be made in the register concerning a licence if a party to the licence agreement so requests. A written request of the licencor or the licencee is the basis for an entry concerning a licence in the register. The transcript of the licence agreement officially certified by the Patent Office and which includes necessary data for making the entry concerning the parties to the agreement, nature of the licence, scope and term shall be appended to the request.
