At the request of the applicant for the registration of a trademark or the holder of a trademark, the Patent Office shall enter in the register all changes occurring after the filing of the application for the registration of a trademark or after the registration of a trademark, provided that they correspond to the true facts and that they do not affect the representation of the registered trademark. The changes entered in the trademark register shall be published in the official gazette of the Patent Office. An application for changes is subject to an official fee of HRK 75 (approx. EUR 10) per trademark.
