The name and address of the applicant may be amended upon application to OHIM. A change of the name of the applicant is a change that does not affect the identity of the applicant, whereas a transfer is a change in the identity of the applicant.
The application for recordal is not subject to an official fee. No proof or evidence of the change is necessary.
