3.1 Owner
Every natural or legal person may submit a request to obtain the rights of a trademark (article 145/1 of Law 9947). Every person can be the owner of a trademark, but only those over 18 years enjoy full legal capacity. A trademark is inherited as any other property object after an individual (natural person) passes away.
