5.1 Cancellation
A decision on the registration of a trademark or a decision on the international registration of a trademark in Montenegro may be cancelled, in its entirety or with respect to certain goods/services, if, at the time after the respective decision has been rendered, the absolute grounds for refusal of a trademark registration existed (please see point 3.5 above).
