4.1 Scope of Protection
The trademark holder has the exclusive right to use the sign protected by a trademark for labelling goods/services for which the trademark is protected.
The protection is granted to the trademark applicant and to the holder of a trademark well-known in Montenegro within the meaning of Article 6bis of the Paris Convention from the date of trademark application.
