5.1 Cancellation
5.1.1 Prior rights
According to the Hungarian Trademark Act a trademark shall be cancelled
if the subject matter of the trademark protection does not satisfy the requirements laid down in Art 8 of the Hungarian Trademark Act, i.e. absolute or relative grounds for refusal existed at the time of the application;
