10.1 Patent Office
Pursuant to the Trademark Act, foreign legal and natural persons must be represented by a trademark agent registered with the Montenegrin IPO or by an attorney at law registered with the Montenegrin Bar Association in all their affairs before the IPO (Montenegrin attorneys at law need not be registered as trademark agents with the IPO in order to represent Seite 369foreigners). On the other hand, domestic legal and natural persons need not (but may) be represented either by trademark agents or by attorneys.
