10.1 Patent Office
Persons having their residence or seat in the EEA do not need a representative in proceedings before the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office, including filings, oppositions or cancellation proceedings. Persons having their residence or seat outside the EEA need a representative.
A representative may be a patent agent or an attorney.
