10.1 Patent Office
A client can be represented before the Patent Office pursuant to the Act on Representation in the Field of Intellectual Property (Zakon o zastupanju u podrucju prava industrijskog vlasnistva, Official gazette No. 54/05) by:
a natural or legal person registered with the Patent Office Register of Representatives („Authorised Representatives“);
