Abstract The Constitutional Court of the Principality of Liechtenstein is one of the oldest constitutional courts in the world. Its duties and responsibilities include the constitutional review of laws as well as the review of international treaties and governmental decrees. This paper analyzes the impact of the Austrian model of constitutional review on the standing and tasks of the Constitutional Court within the court system
