From March 28th to March 29th, 2025, the D-A-CH Tax Congress was held in Vienna. Under the moderation of Daniel Dürrschmidt, the judges Michael Schwenke (Germany), Edeltraud Lachmayer (Austria), and Michael Beusch (Switzerland) discussed problems of recent tax treaty practice. This contribution focuses on issues of recent German judgments in international tax law.
