The following article aims at presenting the development and outcomes of private and public sector innovative cooperation model in Estonia, which is grown out of Regulatory Sandboxes concepts. First, there will be a short overview of how the idea of new cooperation model developed, which legal obstacles had to be tackled, and what the Framework for cooperation looks like. The second part of the essay is dedicated to practical aspects, which are the State Code Repository and the Pilot Projects within the cooperation model. Concludingly, the author provides a short evaluation of the future perspective.
