This paper gives results of quantitative analysis of antimonopoly law violation cases considered in the system of Arbitration Courts of Russia. It determines main trends in the engagement of experts to make the evidence base stronger in the antimonopoly disputes, and gives court dispute results depending on the party that presents an expert opinion.
