With great technological developments comes great responsibility for legislators. Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly important and not to be neglected. Most devices we use today use this technology. The questions that arise are simple, yet with very complex answers: How does AI affect our lives? What rights do we have and which ones are affected by this technology? With this article I propose to review, firstly, some of the human rights affected by AI, such as the right to privacy, freedom of expression and equality, and secondly, the regulatory models of AI, especially on European level and in the United States of America.
