Eine Schiedsvereinbarung schließt nicht aus, dass eine Partei vor oder während des Schiedsverfahrens bei einem Gericht eine vorläufige oder sichernde Maßnahme beantragt und dass das Gericht eine solche Maßnahme anordnet.9
