(1) Insofar as this Federal Act refers to provisions in other Federal Acts or in directly applicable law of the European Union, these provisions shall apply in their currently valid version.
(2) In Federal Acts, the reference ‚Section 25a of the AußWG, Federal Law Gazette I No. 26/2011 as amended, shall apply’ shall be replaced by the reference ‚The Investment Control Act, Federal Law Gazette I No. 87/2020 as amended, shall apply’.
