(1) Anyone who willfully contravenes the notification obligation pursuant to Section 6 Para 2 or the information obligation pursuant to Section 12 Para 3 or Section 13 Para 1 shall be guilty of an administrative offence and shall be punishable with imprisonment of up to six weeks or a fine of up to EUR 40,000.
