(1) Each Member of the Federal Government shall establish a contact point for the implementation of this Act and notify the leading responsible Member of the Federal Government thereof no later than one month after the entry into force of this Act.
(2) Any change in a contact point shall be notified without delay to the leading responsible Member of the Federal Government.
