(1) The leading responsible Member of the Federal Government may transmit data pursuant to Section 6 Para 4 and Section 12 Para 3 on direct investments in Austria to the institutions of the European Union and to the national contact points of the other EU Member States established in accordance with directly applicable EU law. Such transmission may take place only if
it is necessary for the implementation of the cooperation mechanism under this Chapter and
