(1) Any acquiring person or the target company may submit an application for the issuance of a certificate of non-jurisdiction for a specific direct investment to the leading responsible Member of the Federal Government before the transaction is completed.
(2) The application shall contain all information pursuant to Section 6 Para 4 Items 1 through 10.
