(1) If an acquisition is carried out jointly by several foreign persons, their voting rights in the target company are to be added up.
(2) In calculating the minimum level of voting rights pursuant to Section 4, the voting rights of each other foreign person in the target company shall be added if at least one of the following conditions is met:
