EU operators, authorities as well as sanctioned persons are subject to a number of reporting obligations under Regulation 269. Subject to reporting concerns mainly derogations, movements of assets and assets located in the Union. The following chapter addresses in the first part the reporting obligations of operators, while the second part deals with reporting obligations of the sanctioned persons under Regulation 269.
