A. General
The termination of the employment relationship ends the legal basis for the primary and subsidiary obligations. However, this does not necessarily mean the end of all legal relations between the two former employment contract parties. In particular, the claim to outstanding salary or certain subsidiary obligations (e.g., duty of confidentiality) remain in force. In addition, certain new claims may arise as a result of the termination (e.g., employer's reference, severance pay).
