A. The works representation law
1. Scope of application
Works representation law regulates the legal organisation of the representation of employees' interests within establishments, companies and groups of companies. It only applies to companies in which at least five employees with voting rights are permanently employed. In micro-enterprises (four employees or less), there is no co-determination under works representation law.
