The trademark owner may grant licences on an exclusive, non-exclusive and single basis for all or parts of the goods and services being protected. An exclusive licence is granted to a single licencee and the trademark owner may not use it or grant further licences to other persons without consent of the licencee anymore. A single licence is granted to only one licencee and prevents the trademark owner from granting other licences, but allows use of the trademark by himself.
