2.1 Registered signs
Pursuant to Art 120 para 1 and 2 Industrial Property Law, a trademark means any sign which can be graphically represented if it is used to distinguish goods of one undertaking from the goods of another undertaking. A trademark can take the form of a word, drawing, ornamental design, colourful composition, three-dimensional form, including form of goods or packaging, as well as melody or another sound.
