10.1 Patent Office
Applicants who do not have their domicile or registered office, a branch or a representative office in the territory of EU must be represented by a patent attorney of Lithuania before the State Patent Bureau. Other persons may act before the State Patent Bureau themselves or through their representatives. There are no special requirements established in the Law on Trademarks for such representatives.
