An applicant is required to notify the Patent Office of any changes to the information concerning the applicant. In the absence of such notification, the information communicated to the Patent Office so far shall be used in the processing. The obligation to notify of the changes in information applies also after the registration of the trademark. The amendments to the registration data that includes the name and address of the trademark owner shall be published in the official gazette of the Patent Office.
