The owner of a trademark has to register with APTO every change of his name or address. A simple application with a document confirming the respective change has to be filed at APTO. For the changes of company names or addresses excerpts from the commercial registers or other assigned bodies keeping such records are needed. The official payment to effect such changes is ALL 2,500 or EUR 18 (Art. 161/1 of Law 9947).
