Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) is a country consisting of two separate entities, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) and the Republika Srpska (RS), and the Brcko District, a special autonomous district under direct sovereignty of the state. Although many legal matters are regulated at the national level and apply throughout BiH, the FBiH, RS and Brcko District each has its own legal regime governing the establishment and operation of companies.
