The registration court proceeding is the last step in the cross-border merger process. The registration court, as the authority competent for the scrutiny of the legality of the cross-border merger, reviews whether all formal requirements for the registration have been met (mainly with respect to the completeness and correctness of the documentation). The registration proceeding is regulated by the Act No. 530/2003 Coll. on the Commercial Register as amended as well as by the Regulation of the Ministry of Justice No. 25/2004 Coll., which contains specimens of the documents for submission of the registration applications to the Commercial Register and the list of documents to be added to the registration.
