Leitsatz
1. Das Recht auf Einberufung einer Hauptversammlung durch einen Aktionär nach § 106 AktG ist ein Minderheitsrecht und kein Individualrecht, sodass dem einzelnen Aktionär ohne hinreichende Beteiligung keine Antragslegitimation nach § 106 Abs 4 AktG zukommt.
