Volume VIII of the present yearbook series focuses on the growing impact of human rights in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, be it in the context of global business, corporate or sports law. Further topics include climate change, investment and antitrust disputes in addition to various individual questions of arbitration and mediation proceedings. Our sincere thanks go to the thirty-six esteemed authors who contributed their in-depth analyses of the current developments in international dispute resolution.
