2.1 Registered signs
The Trademark Act defines trademarks as rights protecting signs which serve the purpose of differentiating one legal or natural person's goods or services on the market from Seite 349those of other legal or natural persons. Seals, stamps and official signs for labelling precious metals, measures etc. are not regarded as trademarks.
