2.1 Registered signs
A trademark must be represented graphically in order to be registered and protected.
Trademark types registrable in Estonia are the same as recognised in EC Trade Mark Law. Estonian trademark law is generally in compliance with EC trademark law and relevant court practice. The tendency to achieve higher compliance with ECJ practice could be seen in courts.
