1.1 International legislation
The Republic of Kosovo is not a contracting party to any of the International Trademark Treaties or a Member State of the European Union (EU). Nevertheless, the national legislation of Kosovo on Trademark is in compliance with the requirements of international treaties and the law and practice of the European Union.
