10.1 OSIM
The trademark applicant, owner or any concerned person may be represented before OSIM by an authorised representative having the domicile or headquarters in Romania. If the trademark applicant, owner or any concerned person is not represented by a representative and does not have the domicile headquarters or an effective and functional company on Romanian territory, such person has to chose a correspondence address in Romania which should be communicated to OSIM.
